Incoming Quality Control
According to AQL standard,our IQC team will inspect the appearances, dimensions, functions for each batch of raw materials or components from suppliers, ensuring they can meet the agreed quality standards
In-Process Quality Control
Our IPQC team will control the quality in process and take appropriate actions for improvement.Such as FAI(First Article Inspection), PI(patrol inspection) and dealing with non-defectives.
Final Quality Control
Our FQA team will conduct the overall inspection for the finished products to make sure the products can meet our internal quality standards and the customer’s requirements. The inspection will include appearances, dimensions, functions and even tests.
Order Management
Upon customer’s order, we will quickly respond in materials preparation,materials inspection, pilot production,mass production and final inspection. Each process will be controlled at the pace of time interval to ensure the punctual shipment.
Warehouse and Logistics
Each shipment will be well inspected,safety-protected/packed and loaded in the container to be shipped to the seaport. The earliest vessel will be booked in advance of shipment to ensure the on-time shipment.

For pre-sale service,we will patiently and professionally answer all the technical queries and any other questions from customers and relieve customers of any concerns so that we can be trusted and the orders will be placed smoothly.
